The ultimate box for the steak lover. This box contains two Fillet steaks, two Sirloin steaks and two Rib Eye steaks.
These steaks have been reared on our family farm in Straid, Ballyclare from our heritage breed cattle. These cattle have roamed the countryside for over seven months, developing well marbled beef with incredible flavour. The beef has been hung on the bone for at least 21 days - until it has been deemed perfect by our butcher.
This hamper will arrive in polystyrene box with the steaks wrapped with ice, keeping them frozen for 24 hours. The package will be hand tied with ribbon. Comes with a hand-written Christmas card - simply write your message at checkout! ( Or we can leave it blank). We can deliver this anywhere in Northern Ireland or you can collect from our farm in Straid, Ballyclare. Simply chose your delivery/collection date at checkout, and let us do the rest!

All our meat is supplied FROZEN.
Home Delivery - Your order will arrive in insulated packaging with ice packs. This will keep your order frozen for 24+ hours. We advise to pop into your freezer on arrival.
Click & Collect - Your order will be supplied in a compostable carrier bag. If insulated packaging or ice packs are required, they can be purchased on arrival for £3.

We are proud to only use heritage, native breeds which were created to work in harmony with our countryside and weather. We want to support the growth of these breeds for future generations.
All our other meats are from local, Northern Ireland farms.
Our amazing pantry products are from the finest artisan producers in NI!
