Perfect for a celebration or a show stopping Sunday dinner, this grass-fed Rack of Lamb has been French Trimmed by our expert butcher, to expose the bones and make a tidier roast.

A delicious rack of lamb which is from our native breed lambs which are entirely grass fed and outdoor reared. The result is a delicious, tender cut.

To cook, place fat side down in a hot pan, browning the edges and transfer to a preheated oven, 200 degrees for less than 10 minutes. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before carving and serving.

Available in different sizes, we would recommend 1-3 cutlets per person, depending on appetites! Each rack has 7 cutlets.

Delivery & Collection

All our meat is supplied FROZEN.

Home Delivery - Your order will arrive in insulated packaging with ice packs. This will keep your order frozen for 24+ hours. We advise to pop into your freezer on arrival.

Click & Collect - Your order will be supplied in a compostable carrier bag. If insulated packaging or ice packs are required, they can be purchased on arrival for £3.

We are proud to only use heritage, native breeds which were created to work in harmony with our countryside and weather. We want to support the growth of these breeds for future generations.

All our other meats are from local, Northern Ireland farms.

Our amazing pantry products are from the finest artisan producers in NI!
