A lovely hamper for Christmas morning or enjoying anytime over the Festive holidays.
The Sausages and Vegetable Roll are handmade from beef which has been reared on our family farm in Straid, Ballyclare. Using a traditional spice mix for the ultimate flavour and without any added red dye, they are an example of traditional butchery!
The unsmoked back bacon has been thickly sliced from local pork.
We also have included local NI artisan drinks and condiments - something for everyone in the family to enjoy!
This hamper will arrive in a polystyrene box. The meat will be wrapped separately with ice, keeping it frozen for 24hrs. The other accompaniments will be hand wrapped and tied with ribbon. We will also include a handwritten card - just add a message at checkout or, leave it blank. We can deliver direct to you or recipient anywhere in NI. Or , Click & Collect from our farm in Straid, Ballyclare. Select the best date for delivery/collection at checkout and we'll take care of the rest!

All our meat is supplied FROZEN.
Home Delivery - Your order will arrive in insulated packaging with ice packs. This will keep your order frozen for 24+ hours. We advise to pop into your freezer on arrival.
Click & Collect - Your order will be supplied in a compostable carrier bag. If insulated packaging or ice packs are required, they can be purchased on arrival for £3.

We are proud to only use heritage, native breeds which were created to work in harmony with our countryside and weather. We want to support the growth of these breeds for future generations.
All our other meats are from local, Northern Ireland farms.
Our amazing pantry products are from the finest artisan producers in NI!
