These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer

These terms and conditions apply to all contracts for sale of Goods and shall prevail over any other communication. Acceptance of delivery shall be used as conclusive evidence of the customer’s acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Any variations or exceptions to these terms and conditions shall be in applicable unless written evidence is provided.

All orders will be treated by the customer as an offer to purchase and will be subject to these terms and conditions.

Fed & Bred reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason.

In cases of out of stock goods, Fed & Bred will notify the customer. Customers will be given the option to wait on ordered product, take an alternative with the same or greater value, with no difference in cost to the customer, or a full refund which will be processed and into the bank account within 28 days.
With a growing number of fraudulent orders, we may hold your order and contact you before processing it. On occasion, we reserve the right to ask for an alternative method of payment if we expect the card used does not match the delivery address.
All attempts to place false orders or attempts to deceive will be reported to the police.


Promotional and discount codes are to be used only once where applicable and may not be combined with any other offers. Should an offer code be used more than once, or is deemed by Fed & Bred to abuse the fair usage policy then they reserve the right to withdraw, withhold or cancel the promotional code at any time.

Existing customers (Buyers who have placed one or more order with the Supplier) are subject to a minimum order value of £75 (NI only), when making use of free delivery or other promotional codes. This does not affect the Buyer’s right to place an order below this value if delivery is charged or if no promotional code is being used. This may not apply to special offers available to new customers only
Promotions are subject to availability (only while stocks last) and can't be used in conjunction with other offers.
Some products cannot be discounted so promotions and vouchers may not work on all products.
We reserve the right to remove products from promotion at any time without warning or consent.


Prices are shown exclusive of VAT, where VAT is applicable.

Prices are shown excluding delivery charges. Delivery charges will be added at checkout.
Prices will be communicated via website and marketing communications.

For telephone/ social media message orders, total price including VAT and Delivery will be communicated prior to processing payment.

All online orders will receive an email confirming details and prices of order.

No orders will be dispatched or made ready for collection without payment.
Fed & Bred reserves the right to cancel orders and refund customers' money at any time due to pricing errors or other issues relating to accidental misinformation or online error.

Performance of Services
Fed & Bred and all third parties (including couriers) will perform all activities in relation to business with all reasonable skill and care. We cannot guarantee services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Fed & Bred accepts no liability for loss and/or damage to property or purely economic loss resulting from use of products sold or late delivery. We do not offer any form of compensation for any loss of business or damage in any other regard. This does not affect your statutory rights where these may differ. As with all provisions in this document they are set out in accordance with the law of the United Kingdom and most particularly that of Northern Ireland.

The ratings and reviews on the website are created by genuine customers. Fed & Bred will publish both positive and negative reviews. However, we reserve the right to not publish any review which is likely to offend, publish other business’ without approval or contains vulgar or degrading language.


Fed & Bred reserves the right to amend pricing at any time without prior warning to customers.
Fed & Bred will make every effort to ensure pricing is correct at the time of ordering. Should an error occur, the order will be put on hold and we will contact the customer to communicate pricing and come to an acceptable solution.
Fed & Bred reserves the right to withdraw any products, promotion, offer or offer code at any time without warning.

Age of Consent
Where customers are required by law to be a certain age before purchasing goods, customers will be asked to declare their age while ordering.
Should Fed & Bred discover the customer is not of legal age to order, we reserve the right to cancel order without notice.


If Fed & Bred are unable to deliver on the agreed delivery date via courier or Click & Collect, the customer will be contacted and a new date will be agreed or a full refund offered if a new date cannot be agreed with customer.

Fed & Bred and courier partners will take all reasonable efforts to ensure delivery dates are reached. In any event the order arrives outside the agreed date, Fed & Bred will not be held liable for any loss, damages, costs or expenses incurred by the customer or any other party directly or indirectly.

Delivery will be attempted to the address provided. The customer will take all necessary arrangements to ensure the delivery is taken successfully.

Due to the perishable nature of the products, the courier will be advised to leave them at the address, regardless of someone being able to accept delivery or not. When the parcel has to be left with no signature, Fed & Bred nor courier will be held acceptable for any damages, injuries, theft or any other costs associated with leaving the delivery unattended.

Risk of goods will transfer to the customer from the time of successful delivery or when at the first time delivery was attempted.

Fed & Bred are unable to amend or change any aspect of delivery once the parcel has left our warehouse and when dispatch email has been sent.

Title of goods will pass to the customer when full payment has been received.

Due to courier restrictions, we are currently only able to ship within Northern Ireland.



Customers may cancel their order for any reason up to the point of dispatch for a full refund or credit.
Any payments refunded will be processed and into bank account within 28 days.

For damages or quality concerns, Fed & Bred may ask for the goods to be returned before refund/credit is processed. If a defect is found, postage costs for the return will be accepted.

For change of mind or other returns reasons, postage costs will not be reimbursed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are within their use by date and arrive to our warehouse in a frozen manner and a restocking fee will be charged.

All returns must be approved by Fed & Bred prior to sending. Please call or email to discuss and obtain returns details.

No return will be accepted without prior warning.


Except as may be implied by law where the Buyer is dealing as a Consumer, in the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Supplier the remedies of the Buyer shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the Goods and/or Services and the Supplier shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage whatever.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the liability of the Supplier for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of the Supplier or that of the Supplier’s agents or employees.



Fed & Bred shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to, acts of God, strikes, accidents, war, fire, failure of any communications, telecommunications or computer system, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials and Fed & Bred shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.
If any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect as if these Terms and Conditions had been agreed with the invalid illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated.


The Supplier shall be entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by the Buyer upon making a purchase.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Northern Ireland and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Northern Ireland.
