All our beef comes from native breed cattle reared on our family farm in Ballyclare. Spending most of the year roaming the lush Northern Ireland countryside and enjoying a natural diet all year round means we achieve incredible marbling in all our beef cuts. Hung on the bone for at least three weeks, our expert butcher will use their experience and only trim when an incredible depth of flavour has been developed.
